Y ou've taken the first important step... You're here! It is not too soon to get planning for your project underway. Most people wait until it is the eleventh hour and find themselves without choices. Many of the better contractors are booked up a year to two years in advance. Just getting the building designed, and the plan sets created, takes quite a bit of time. We are also extemely busy and are usually booked out several months (call us to see what the situation is currently) and getting the plans through Chelan County for a building permit can take 3-4 weeks. We will need your PARCEL NUMBER so we can research your property before we meet. Step 3: Set up a time to get together, preferrably on your property.
